Within 18 months, our first acquisition earned Top 1% 2025 Best Practices Agency status from the Independent Insurance Agencies Association (40,000 agencies).
We have an extremely popular and robust internship program that sees the best students from schools across North America apply for the opportunity.
We accept applications and onboard interns 3 times per year. Interns work in several functions from M&A to Marketing to Operations - learning what it takes to acquire, integrate, and grow great businesses.
